Bethan says, “The pared back simplicity of Newman, using high quality materials and highlighting craftsmanship, resonate particularly with how I love to design.” The design itself is associated with longevity and understated luxury. It is predominately made of solid oak with simple, clean lines and a pared back look. An extending dining table that’s ideal for daily dining and dinner parties alike, this piece from the Newman collection features a strong linear shape and beautiful oak grain detailing which follows the width of the table, emphasising the solidity of the wood and gives the table a contemporary feel. The X-shaped legs are strengthened by a stretcher bar. The table seats 6-8 unextended and 8-10 extended or 4-6 unextended and 6-8 extended.
